Delete your account

You can delete your Raqba account at any time, in the app or with the form below.

In the Raqba app (fastest)

  1. Open Raqba and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile (the last tab).
  3. Tap Delete my account under Sign out.
  4. Enter your password and confirm.

Without the app

Fill in this form, or email [email protected] from the email on your account. We confirm it is you and delete the account within 7 working days.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted: your app login, your sign-in sessions on every phone, notification tokens and the notifications in the app, and your contact and property requests if you ask.

Kept: your land case, its documents and payment or investment records, because Pakistani law and DHA require us to keep land and financial records. They are no longer linked to an app login. See our privacy policy for how long records are kept.
