Privacy policy

KINGZMEN GROUP (233-MB, 2nd Floor, J-Block, DHA Phase 6, Lahore) provides land provision, realty, construction, architecture, interior and decor services. This policy covers our website (kingzmen.co), our staff admin panel (admin.kingzmen.co) and the KINGZMEN app for landowners and investors.

• Case details from landowners: name, father or husband name, CNIC number and card photos, phone number, address, land and plot details, and the documents needed to process a case (for example land records, agreements and receipts).
• Investor details: name, contact details and the amounts and plots linked to an investment.
• Staff accounts: name, username, role, phone and email.
• App and sign-in data: a notification token for your phone, the device name and platform, and sign-in times and IP addresses, kept to protect accounts.
• Website visitors: the website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not ask for personal information.

• To process your land case with DHA and other authorities and keep you updated on each step.
• To send notifications in the app and, for staff, sign-in and password-reset codes by email.
• To read details from CNIC photos on our own server, so staff do not have to type them by hand.
• To keep records the law requires and to prevent fraud or misuse of accounts.

• All connections use HTTPS encryption.
• CNIC numbers, phone numbers and other sensitive fields are encrypted in the database. Uploaded documents and photos are encrypted on disk.
• Backups are encrypted before they leave the server.
• Only staff whose role needs it can see a case, and staff actions are recorded in an audit log.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only where a case requires it (for example with DHA or a registration office) or the law requires it, and with these service providers that run parts of our system for us:

• Hostinger: the server that runs our system and stores its data.
• Cloudflare: website delivery and encrypted backup storage.
• Expo and Google Firebase: delivering notifications to your phone.
• Resend: sending emails such as sign-in codes.
• Google: translating admin wording (such as step names) into Urdu, and the optional “Reset with Google” for staff, which shares only the staff member’s name and email address with us.

We keep case records and documents for as long as the case is open and afterwards for as long as the law or a dispute may require. Notification tokens are removed when you sign out of the app.

• You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
• You can ask us to delete your information once we no longer need to keep it by law.
• You can turn off app notifications at any time in your phone’s settings.
