Land offered, case opened
You offer your land and we open your case. From this moment every step is tracked and visible to you.

Documents verified
Fard, sale deed, intiqal, khasra girdawri and shajra are checked with DHA and the Revenue Office, then the originals are submitted.

Site inspection and possession
DHA and our team inspect the site together. Physical possession is handed over and the possession letter is issued.

Notice and registration
A 15-day newspaper notice runs, registration fees are settled and the land registration and mutation are completed.

Exemption and allocation
Your land exemption is processed and DHA proposes the asset allocation, which is re-verified before approval.

The approved exemption sheet is delivered and your DHA files and plots are released to you.
